I have nothing to say today....

I know, I know - it's hard to believe - you are shocked, right? But, really, as I sit down to type nothing is coming to mind....No title, no fun news (suppose I could look some up), nothing. So, here you have it - my quick morning recap :) without anything much to say....

Happy Sunday all! It's another fabulous day here in California and the weather is amazing. I slept in again - yeah! I might just be able to get used to this. We have had a fun morning lounging around the house but I know it won't last for long. I know we will end up going on a walk and maybe a bike ride to enjoy the weather. Then, there is talk of using our free movie passes or catching up on watching our NetFlix, but, mostly it will be a nice leisurely Sunday.

Can you believe I have been doing the 30 day Jump Start for almost a full week now? So cool - I can't wait to Weigh In tomorrow to see the results of 1 full week. I'll be sure to report back good or bad.

I started off my morning with a 1/2 cup of fabulous raspberries.

I was all too excited about part 2 of my breakfast. A cinnamon raisin Ezekial Bagel with 2 Tbsp lite WW cream cheese, 8 oz ff milk and 3 oz of 97% ff ham on the side. The Jump Start called for Salmon or Lox which I do not like so I substituted ham.

Quick recap for yesterday:

2,622 Calories Burned
7,788 Steps Taken
~ 1,500 calories consumer

I am off to figure out our action plan today. Have a fabulous Sunday all - I will be back later with more.

  4. Alice ~ Thanks so much. My results are from all day using my Body Bugg - so it tracks every calorie burned for what I do, not just my workouts :)
